comfortable location nice staff flat bed small lift
The location was very comfortable. It was not more than 20 minutes walk from major tourist attractions. I also liked that the staff was very nice. They were very helpful and attentive to my needs.
The beds were not comfortable. They felt too flat for my liking. the lifts were very small! It was like four knox.

the location was superb. many attractions were within walking distance, so convenient. the breakfast had a good variety of options. i really appreciated that they made fresh coffee each morning.
the room walls felt quite thin. i could hear sounds from neighboring rooms. the street noise was noticeable at night. it sometimes disrupted my sleep.

excessive street noise gurgling ac unit
My room had some issues I did not appreciate. The noise from the street was excessive, impacting sleep quality. the air conditioning unit made a gurgling noise, which I found disruptive. I would have preferred a quieter environment and a more functional AC system.

wonderful stay close to everything!

I loved the location. It was close to termini station and many restaurants. the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. the room was clean, and i enjoyed the breakfast. The pastries tasted very fresh!
the air conditioning unit made a noticeable watery noise during the night, making it difficult to sleep soundly.

the room was clean and of a reasonable size, meeting my needs perfectly. the air conditioning worked fine except for the sound. the bathroom was newly renovated and very functional too!

nice staff big rooms super location small shower cold cappuccino hard mattress
the staffs are really nice. the rooms were pretty big. it was very close to all the main sightseeing spots and buses, the metro, and trains. i was charmed by this hotel location.
the shower was too small. the shower head was mounted very high on the wall. cappuccino served with breakfast was cold. the pillows are uncomfortable and the mattress too hard. i didnt sleep very well.
